At Jafra Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority; if you are not completely happy with your beauty purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We strive to ensure every skincare and color cosmetic product meets our high standards of quality and performance.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Customer Care team or your independent Jafra Consultant to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit, and include your original packing slip.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for your records.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 7-10 business days.
